Minimum Requirements: FGASA Level 2 qualification Lead Trails Guide certification PDP (Professional Driving Permit) First Aid certification DEAT Registration for North West Province Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star lodge Duties and Responsibilities: Guiding & Leadership: Lead game drives, bush walks, and trails, ensuring safety and high-quality guest engagement. Oversee a small guiding team, setting standards and providing mentorship. Supervise and coordinate the lodges maintenance department to ensure smooth operations. Guest Experience: Interact with guests, providing insights on the local ecosystem and wildlife conservation. Address guest inquiries, ensuring a memorable experience for primarily international visitors. Coordinate with other departments to provide personalized guest services. Operations Management: Support the General Manager by overseeing the guiding and maintenance departments. Conduct regular checks to ensure the lodges facilities and equipment are well-maintained. Contribute to the lodges daily operations, including handling guest complaints and requests.
