Great work ethic Team player Interpersonal skills Spa Therapist/ FOH: Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality as FOH/Reservations/Spa Therapist. Responsible for reservations and FOH duties as well as assisting lodge managers. Overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services and the various departments such as: housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B. The candidate will also be required to stand in while the current spa therapist/reservationist goes on leave, therefore must be fully qualified somatologist (ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP or CIBTAC) and able to perform a range of treatments competently. Great work ethic Team player Interpersonal skills Strong administrative abilities. Coordinate bookings/reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently taking and processing payments. Curio shop sales and monthly stock takes. Experience on PANHospitality reservations and accounting system would be a huge advantage. Duties will also include, but not limited to, hosting of guests/agents and handling guest inquiries, concerns or complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner. More duties include- room checks, and oversee the Housekeeping department. Managing and supervising lodge staff, work schedules, leave applications, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to maintain high standards of service. It is very important that you have - attention to detail and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and leading by example. Availability to work flexible hours and extra hours when required.
