Area managers are responsible for ensuring that staff maintain sites as per our laid down standardsArea managers must be well organised in terms of managing payroll, admin and the clients expectationsManaging the consumables budget is key to good overall site management Time management is essential to ensure that all sites are visited as agreedAbility to adapt to changes in the economic cycleEnsuring that staff are well trainedEnsuring sites are well equipped with consumables and staff as per the contractManage discipline as per our disciplinary codeOn and de boarding of staff timeouslyOccasional transporting of staff form one site to another in an emergency situationEnsure leads are provided - a minimum of 2 leads to be provided every month RequirementsEducation/ Qualifications: Matric or a relevant qualification at a level 4Other requirements: Must have own reliable vehicle
