If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an After Sales Manager at Nestlé Nespresso.
Position Summary As the After Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving quality in products and services, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. You will be responsible for safeguarding a consistent consumer experience across channels and driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis. Your knowledge of customer-facing channels will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
A day in the life of a Nespresso After Sales Manager Drive quality in products and services, and compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Manage omnichannel quality of service and ensure certification and verification audits are passed. Ensure compliance with local legislation regarding safety, health, and environmental standards. Drive environmental initiatives in line with Nestlé strategy and standards. Propose internal or external solutions to perform services according to guidelines and best practices. Monitor, evaluate, and improve the service level provided by after sales service providers. Optimize costs by managing the budget and implementing action plans. Ensure availability of spare parts for repairs and coordinate importation needs. Support the implementation of the Nespresso Quality Management System and crisis management system. Drive business results by making tactical and operational decisions and collaborating with other departments. What will make you successful University degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering preferred. Qualifications in Maintenance / After Sales Support / Quality Control At least 3 years of technical experience in managing after sales centres. Proven exposure to working efficiently with Service Providers Experience managing a team internally / externally.
