Under the direction of the Coaches Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of selected TSA Coaches Courses held, including: budget management, pre and post course administration, confirmation of dates and type of course, assessment and results processing. The role involves significant responsibility and includes assisting with general coaching matters, registrations, events, and projects. The typical work schedule will include weekdays, with some weekend assistance responsibilities.General Duties/Responsibilities:Manage coach licensing, registrations, CPD Points, and certificationOrganise coaching eventsAssist with specific projects: Possible Coaches Mentorship Programmes, Centre of Apprenticeship Programme, Rainbow Kidz Coaching and Events programme ambassadors, resources and eventsAdminister the calendar of coaching courses and manage the ITF Academy platformAdvertise coaching eventsLiaise with tutors, provinces, and coachesProvide administrative support to course tutorsMonitor course resources and requirementsDeal with general ad hoc correspondenceAssist with office matters where necessaryManage Coaching Activity and Info on the Following Platforms:TSA WhatsApp communication – coaches can send WhatsApp messages to the TSA coaching numberSporty HQ – all registrations are done via Sporty. There is a separate database that gets updates as required info and documents come in with each registrationCommunication APP – Manage and update news, calendar, and the coach's cornerITF Academy – All TSA courses are set up on the ITF Academy and monitored.
