We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our client's team as an Admin Assistant.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
Responsibilities: Telephonic communication with customers, staff on the field, and management.
Interaction with contractors and their drivers.
Managing and responding to emails efficiently.
Compiling and generating daily reports using MS Word & Excel.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assisting in the preparation of documents and presentations.
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
Performing other related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
