Job Description Key Responsibility Areas: Maintain a high quality of work. Identify and resolve queries and problem accounts (daily). Prevent the debtor's book from ageing. Take corrective action where required. Unallocated balances must be worked on daily and check that all allocations are done. Provide high quality customer service on a daily basis. Achieve monthly targets as set out by management. You will provide daily and or weekly feedback to your supervisor/manager when required. Documentation must be done accurately and correct. Perform data cleaning and transformation as necessary to prepare it for analysis. Assist in conducting data analysis using statistical methods, data visualization tools, Summarize findings in clear and concise reports Liaise with Call Centres: New accounts, closure of accounts management of direct payments Stop/Activate Billing Payment Management Management of VAS contracts of accounts with other code rejections Management of Legal Handovers Site visit to call centre's bi-monthly Provide EDC with weekly stats and progress reports
Qualifications And Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent(Advantageous)  2+ years credit control experience 1+ years Customer service or call centre experience CRM experience Credit management certification
Education National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
