ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: MEDICAL SCHEMES at HR OptionsPosition available in Pretoria, Bellville, or Klerksdorp.DutiesYour National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric) NQF 4 and excellent knowledge of English and Afrikaans (speak, write, read, understand) together with experience in financial services, medical scheme knowledge, or a related administrative environment of at least 3-4 years, is crucial and will enable you to:Client Interaction & AdministrationRegular interaction with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure the effective delivery of administrative requirements within a specified framework.Ensure that client documentation is in compliance with FICA & FAIS legislation.Attend to client complaints and enquiries in consultation with the Specialist Health Care Advisor.Recording of client interaction and updating of client records upon completion of interaction.
