ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST
Castle Water is now recruiting for an Administration Assistant/Receptionist for the Boat Brae Office in Blairgowrie. The Administration Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Service team and for the efficient functioning of the front desk and entry to our Boat Brae office.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that the Reception area is organized and that daily tasks are completed efficiently. They will have a wide range of duties to complete, and they must be willing to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required by colleagues and managers. The candidate should be organized, should communicate well, and should practice excellent time management skills. In addition, because they will be the initial contact for visitors to the site, they must have excellent customer service skills, be a problem-solver, and gracefully assist wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities:
Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients, or suppliers.
Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business, directing them to the appropriate person and office.
Undertake administrative duties for Customer Services (training on appropriate systems will be given).
Offer administrative support across the organization and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Meet and greet interview candidates, ensuring pre-recruitment documentation checks are completed.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person to all visitors.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries.
Liaise with and support Office Manager, including updating office expenses and costs, ordering office supplies, and keeping inventory of stock.
Responding to questions and requests for information from visitors and staff.
Perform other duties as required.
