Key AccountabilitiesFunction as first point of contact for internal and external customers/suppliers and execute all reception desk activities to ensure the approachability of the office in a timely and professional manner.
Welcome and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers, etc.Complete the staff attendance register daily.Maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures.Receive, filter and properly direct incoming phone calls, emails and faxes.Answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them.Provide support to office administration e.g., stationery and office supply orders, service quotes, sourcing information, etc.Provide support to OHS e.g., maintain H&S log book, obtain quotes, etc.Administration - OperationsReceive documents and information, process and register files, in line with GEODIS and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure proper administration of files and enable a clear overview of operational activities.
