The position requires someone with strong administrative and HR skills who can comfortably work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.Basic Salary: R 10,000 - R 20,000 per monthLocation:Rosslyn, PretoriaWorking Hours: Mo-Fri 07:00 – 16:00ResponsibilitiesHR Duties:Preparing contracts and updating job descriptions according to company policy.Conducting induction training for new employees and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.Managing leave approvals, overtime requests, and medical check-ups.Organizing training (e.g., working at heights, confined spaces) and ensuring all employees have valid certificates.Supporting line managers with performance management, including setting and monitoring KPIs.Issuing warnings and notices for disciplinary actions.Handling documentation for CCMA cases and providing legal support.Admin DutiesManaging switchboard and emails, as well as general office administration.Handling quotations, orders, invoicing, and following up on outstanding payments.Responsible for processing month-end invoices and statements to clients.Managing client payments and actively following up on them.Addressing client complaints and finding solutions to improve service quality.Scheduling appointments and meetings and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time.Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all administrative and HR processes.If you have a good understanding of administration and HR and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same, this is the role for you.
