Our client, a prominent family office based in Paarl, managing a diverse portfolio including property development ventures, agricultural ventures, and financial investments, is seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to provide crucial support and assist in the effective management of their select clients. The family office oversees various functions including treasury, accounting, financing, administration, compliance, and multi-generational planning.The Accounts Administrator will assist the Financial Director with diverse administrative and operational tasks. The role includes training and mentorship to handle client administration, financial oversight, farming operations, commercial property management, and compliance.KPI's will include (but not be limited to):Personal Assistance: Provide administrative support to the Financial Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.Client Administration: Manage select clients professionally and efficiently.Financial Administration: Assist with treasury functions, financing, and financial reporting, with training for advanced tasks.Data Management: Use advanced Excel skills for financial data organization, analysis, and reporting, with opportunities for further expertise.Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies, maintain accurate documentation, and support compliance efforts.Travel and Site Visits: Travel to and oversee various sites, including farms and properties.Administrative Duties: Handle record-keeping, scheduling, and communications.Training & Development: Receive training to progressively assume more complex responsibilities.Essential qualifications, skills and experience:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BComm) or a related field;Previous work experience at an accounting or wealth management firm will be advantageous (recent graduates are encouraged to apply);Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions);Strong attention to detail and accuracy;Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 4 September 2024.For general enquiries, contact our team at M3 Human Capital Management on 021 863 1444.Please note that only shortlisted candidates are contacted.
