Description of the role Investec is looking for an access management senior engineer to join a team of dynamic individuals in the Enterprise Applications Access Management Platform Team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in solutioning and delivery of the technical/product roadmap for Investec's AM solution and operation of the platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and reporting back to the platform lead and ITS.
The candidate should have a good understanding of access management and governance principles, together with key solutioning and architectural experience that will support the enablement of this function.
Experience, skill and capabilityExperience in the following technologies are key to this role: • Experience with Enterprise Identity Management solutions (RSA IGL, SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint Identity NOW, Savvyint)• Knowledge and experience with SailPoint Workflows• Good Understanding of SailPoint Certification Campaigns and Certification Filters• Good knowledge of IDP's and related services (Active Directory/Azure Active Directory/Ldap/MFA/SSO/Federated Access)• Oracle HRMS, Workday• Strong data analytics and database management skills• Strong understanding of API/Web services integrations and JSON• Knowledge and experience on SQL querying• Knowledge and experience of PowerShell scripting and API rest calls• Good understanding of Privilege Access Management and platform security principles• Ability to understand application access provisioning and lifecycles• Excellent communication and relational skills• SailPoint IdentityNow Certifications (Engineer, Architect) would be advantageous.
Responsibilities• Lead the development and management of the technical roadmap for Investec's AM solutions• Provide technical direction as the senior subject matter expert for Investec AM• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, access management team and technical vendors for Investec's AM capabilities and services• Partner with the platform team lead on delivering of the AM tech strategy and platform enablement, providing mentoring and support to other members of the team and collaboration with the ITS architecture on future roadmaps• Partnering with application teams to enable them via the AM platform• Provide reporting on roadmap progression and strategic decisions based on overall group technology strategy Investec Culture At Investec we look for intelligent, energetic people filled with passion, integrity and curiosity.
