KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Provide effective technical support and problem resolution for all relevant IT services to end usersResponsible for end-to-end query resolution and continuous service improvementsResponsible for performing onsite and offsite hardware, software and cloud solutions/platform updates and repairsResponsible for troubleshooting and repairs of computer systems and IT frameworks located throughout the organisationAdhere to ITIL Service management process and update the IT Service Management application with the relevant progress Provide equipment set up support for new joinersRepair and maintain system applications and ensure that the IT services are usable by the end-usersAdhere to asset management policies and procedure in the handling of IT assetsCollaborate with IT teams for any troubleshooting and support on IT servicesProvide after-hours standby technical support on a rotational basisQUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:1.
Academic Qualification: Diploma / NQF level 6ISO27001 - Information Security Management Systems Certification (ISMS)Microsoft Desktop Support Administrator CertificationMCSE - Cloud Platform and InfrastructureITIL Practitioner certification 2.
