Job Overview Policy and Procedure Development: Assist with design, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.Talent Acquisition: Assist with recruitment strategies, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and design compensation structures and benefits packages to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.Employee Relations: Provide guidance on managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance.Organizational Development: Design and implement strategies for improving organizational effectiveness, culture, and structure.Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, ensuring smooth transitions.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that HR practices adhere to employment laws and regulations; manage HR-related risks.Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.Employee Engagement: Create and execute programs to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.HR Technology: Advise on the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.Consultation and Advisory: Provide expert advice on various HR matters.Desired Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field3-5 years of experience in HR management, consulting with strong knowledge and experience in organizational development.
