This role is suited to a candidate that has 2–3 years banking experience, experience in Transaction Management and Microsoft office skills.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for Transaction Management of Syndicated Loans pre and post implementation, this process will include, but is not limited to, Financial loan modelling, interpreting legal agreements, deal waivers, amends and consents, also be able to diaries all information and covenant undertakings as well as respective amendments, waivers and consents executed over the deal life cycle

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
