Yard & Drive Thru Team Member

We have an exciting role that has opened in our yard & drive thru team. The role is in customer service as one of the senior powered lifting operators (forklift or combilift). The role is based in a busy department that handles multiple functions of the business.
Tasks include: Customer service & salesOrder make-upRe-stocking and organizing stock holdingsRetrieval of stock for order make upDaily use of a forklift or combi lift to unload supplier trucks and load customer vehiclesTo be successful, you will need to build and maintain effective relationships with customers by being solutions-focused. Safety is a core value for our company, so it is essential that you take safety seriously.
Skills, Experience & Attributes Required: Physically fit (regular heavy lifting required)Full NZ Drivers LicencePrevious forklift experience (this is a technically challenging forklift site)Proven experience in a customer service and/or retail sales environmentMotivated, self-driven and able to work independentlyProactive and able to think on your feet and under pressureOrganizational skillsKnowledge of and a drive to use safe practices within the workplaceWhat's in it for you?
