QUALIFICATIONSGrade 12 or NQF 4Trade Tested Auto Electrician or Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic.DUTIESMinimum 3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceReporting to the Workshop Manager, carrying out repairs, servicing and refurbishing of EMT construction equipmentProficient in hydraulics, engines and basic automotive electricsCommunicate with Workshop Manager / Foreman regarding completion of tasksEnsure good housekeeping, high quality workmanship on all jobs performedTimekeeping and attendanceKeep abreast of new technologyWork to health and safety standardsReport any discrepancy relating to jobsComply with company PPE requirementsMaintain company standards regarding jobs carried outPre-delivery inspections on new and used cranesRefurbishment of used cranesServicing of EMT Construction equipmentCarry out repairs on EMT Construction equipmentCare of company tooling supplied
