Workshop Supervisor

Position: Workshop Supervisor Job Information: In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our customers.
Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the Service Department in its entirety
Liaising with customers - booking in jobs and update on progress
Scheduling resources to repair orders and daily timesheet review
Management and control of work in progress (WIP)
Product support to customers and technicians
