The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:Developing key client relationships and maintaining current relationships;Ensure processes and systems are in place to maintain and improve customer service delivery;Finance planning and management for areas of responsibility;Monitor, identify, and put in place strategies and actions to minimize risk to the company within the area of responsibility;Ensure that the company complies with relevant legislation and other similar requirements;Ensure that the client's security risks are regulatory identified and implement measures to control and mitigate such risks;Monitor and put in place plans to drive growth in the area of responsibility;Conduct commercial negotiations where required;Human Resource Management including but not limited to manpower planning with a particular focus on contractual requirements, coaching, mentoring and motivation, succession planning, employment equity, compliance with labour laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures and labour relations;Administration reporting and logistics;Identify and drive opportunities to integrate other BPC and Bidvest products and service offerings;Achieve target from time to time identified measures; Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: PSIRA certification Grade A;Grade 12 (Matric) qualification or relevant qualifications;Security-related or similar relevant qualifications;Branch Manager or equivalent exposure for at least two years or similar roles;Good interpersonal skills and strong administration skills;A good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and outlook);Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to regular change;Good understanding of BCEA, OHS Act, LRA and National Bargaining Council;Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;Drivers licence and own reliable transport;A vision and understanding of integrated security solutions into the future- Mining security/Technical.
