Job DescriptionDeploy, control, and develop all concept activities in workshops (quality, processes, skills, business development, and communication)Drive the acquisition of new workshops and network expansion, including organizing candidate meetings and assessmentsEvaluate the market to identify and recruit suitable candidates for workshop concepts, evaluate their business potential, and prepare them for joining the Bosch workshop networkEnsure workshops meet Bosch Car Service (BCS) requirements (CD/CI, training, processes) and address improvement opportunities from audits and assessmentsEnsure the implementation of concept packages to workshop partners, achieving economic targetsEnable workshops to maximize turnover and performance while adhering to supplier strategy, quality, and service standardsEstablish development plans for workshops in cooperation with wholesalers and sales teamsMonitor and guide workshops on Bosch Service Excellence implementation and performanceFacilitate and guide workshops on participation in campaigns and promotional B2C activities, including sales promotions and local advertisingAssist in resolving customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining service standardsParticipate in national and regional BCS conventions and meetingsProvide feedback to regional and country functions on market developments and competitionRegularly communicate and report on workshop performance and developmentQualificationsEDUCATION Matric CertificateValid Driver's License is mandatorySKILLS Proficient in English (Speak, read, and write)PC literate with excellent skills in MS OfficePERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Self-motivated and self-disciplinedEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong orientation towards achieving targetsAbility to empathize with workshop owners and understand their business challengesStrong brand orientation and dedication to Bosch Car Service standardsDecisive, proactive, and able to adapt strategies to market needs
