This individual will be responsible for general consulting to deliver across a range of People and Culture projects.Key Responsibilities:Support the sales process and develop proposals.Build client and industry knowledge and demonstrate core consulting skills.Support project initiation and design project implementation, including project management aspects such as time, cost, quality, and delivery.Support People & Culture projects across Leadership and Culture, Organisation Design, Change Management, and Human Capital.Take personal responsibility for individual development.Support talent development (peer coaching, interviews, recruitment, or talent programs).Contribute to collaborative team initiatives, acting as a team contributor and supporting others.Conduct ad-hoc research for projects or business needs.Contribute to the development of new service offerings.Contribute to the development of capabilities and intellectual property.RequirementsAt least 3 - 6 years in management consulting.Experience working on projects focused on Leadership and Culture, Organisation Design, Organisation Effectiveness, Organisation Development, Human Capital, and/or Change Management.Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to engage and build impactful relationships.Strong human-centered approach and soft skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team.Deliver impactful work of high quality.Ability to deliver work promptly.Self-motivated to deliver meaningful work.
