What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives while promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and provide expert consultation to senior leadership on HR-related matters. This role also involves supporting our organization's employment equity initiatives and reinforcing our culture and values.
Minimum Qualification Required
A relevant Bachelor's degree (NQF 7).Registration with a professional Human Resource Association would be advantageous.
Minimum Experience Required
10 years' experience as a Human Resource Generalist (HR Value chain exposure) of which 5 years in a managerial capacity.Proven experience of successfully leading a team during challenging times. Knowledge of Organisation Design and Development principles.Extensive knowledge of Statutory requirements and Service Level Agreement framework. Competent knowledge of HR Best practices

Turnaround time
