What will you do? In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives while promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and provide expert consultation to senior leadership on HR-related matters. This role also involves supporting our organization's employment equity initiatives and reinforcing our culture and values.
Minimum Qualification Required A relevant Bachelor's degree (NQF 7).
Registration with a professional Human Resource Association would be advantageous.
Minimum Experience Required 10 years' experience as a Human Resource Generalist (HR Value chain exposure) of which 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven experience of successfully leading a team during challenging times.
Knowledge of Organisation Design and Development principles.
Extensive knowledge of Statutory requirements and Service Level Agreement framework.
Competent knowledge of HR Best practices
Knowledge and Skills Workforce planning and talent forecasting Lead change management initiatives Oversee recruitment and selection processes Manage performance management process Develop and execute talent management and succession planning Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction Oversee compensation and benefits programs Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts Lead HR analytics and data-driven decision-making Support organizational culture and values Conduct research and benchmarking on the latest HR trends within the industry and globally.
