Workshop Manager

Main Purpose of JobThe successful candidate will have to ensure the profitability of the Service Department.
The successful candidate will furthermore be responsible for ensuring manufacturer and dealership targets are met.
Lastly the candidate will ensure that the quality of service is of the required standard.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills RequiredGrade 12 or tertiary education required.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Service or Workshop Manager.Technical CertificateManagement and leadership skills.Self-driven and ability to drive targets.Analytical & problem-solving skillsValid driver's licenseClear criminal recordKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure Quality of Service are met as well as Profitability.Manage workshop flow.Handle all workshop related issues.Liaise with OEMDevelop and Implement Marketing Strategies.Manage Team for High Performance Culture.
