Workshop Manager Western Cape, Winelands Market Related Basic Salary + Car + Incentives + Benefits ***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

Nestled in the heart of the Winelands, this well-known volume brand motor dealership, part of a renowned Motor Group, is seeking a Workshop Manager to join their team. On their behalf, we are looking for a strong leader with a good technical background and excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of a busy workshop, leading a team of technicians and other staff, ensuring the quality of work meets the company's standard, maintaining safety and health regulations and providing exceptional customer service. When applying it is imperative to have at least 3 years of experience as a Workshop/Service Manager in a volume brand franchised retail dealership, knowledge of standard dealership health and safety regulations, and working knowledge of a DMS.

Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers LicenseMust have at least 3 years of RECENT Service Management experience in a franchised dealership
Working knowledge of DMS
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good organisational and time management skills
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
