Daily maintenance of workshop and office.Staff management.Ordering of workshop consumables and job equipment.Designing of base plates for new quotations.
(autocad would be an advantage)Making sure all equipment is in good working order and keeping all certificates up to date.Maintain vehicles with scheduled servicesBuilding of pump sets.
(Training others to do this.
Would prefer to have a candidate who can do the job hands on, but rather supervises others to achieve)Liaise with Salesmen regarding pump builds.
This is an important function.Keeping a build register for QCP documents (New builds, Repairs)Placing orders of suppliersAssist branches with drawings and quotations on baseplates.
Quality controlSite commissioning and repair work.Ensuring the workshops in Durban, Cape Town and Rustenburg are up to scratch for their purpose.
Opening up in the morning.Monitor the drivers and stores staff.Opening up in the mornings
