Preparation and Planning for Change: understanding the scope, impact and stakeholder who will be affected by the changeCommunication and Engagement: effective communication of the change and engagement with stakeholders affected by the change to build support and commitment thereforImplementation and Execution: execute of the change management plan and transition of the client and relevant stakeholders to the new stateSustain and Reinforce the Change: sustain the change over time to ensure the new ways of working the required organizational behaviors are reinforcedEvaluation and Closure: evaluate the success of the change management activities and initiatives to determine the effectiveness thereof.
If unsuccessful, initiate additional change management initiatives.
If successful officially close the change management processAlignment to recognized Change Management models e.g.
ADKAR and Kotter 8-Step Model
