Workshop Manager (Earthmoving Equipment)

Duties and R esponsibilities Overseeing daily operations of the workshop which includes day-to-day activities, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. Lead and supervise foreman, technicians and provide guidance and support where and when needed. Maintenance planning including maintenance and repair as well as rebuild schedules for all equipment. Ensuring turnaround times are met and minimizing downtimes. Health and safety compliance Inventory management Customer relations Managing the workshop budget including cost control and financial reporting. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex mechanical issues.
