Workshop Foreman - Kuruman

To supervise all workshop administrative requirements through a centralised record keeping system.
Duties herewith include:
Key deliverables and outputs: Control strategic direction and staff motivationControl and motivate workshop staffMeeting CSI objectives especially – FIX RIGHT FIRST TIMEMeet quality and productivity objectivesEstablish staff training needsControl workshop loading and breakdownsTaking care of warranty failed materialControl of workshop expenses and tool equipmentBe required from time to time to repair and maintain vehiclesDistribute jobsLiaise with tech and service advisorPlan carry overs etcQuality of job cardsCustomer experienceAll other functions normally associated with this position. Requirements Matric / Grade 12.A diploma or degree in a related field would be advantageous.Master certification or other franchiseQualified technician with NTC 3Unendorsed code 08 driver's licenseAbility to work overtime if required Experience Minimum three years' previous experience in a similar role within the industryComputer literateKnowledge in the interpretation and implementation of strategic plans of the businessQualified Technician with 5-years Technical Experience (Master certification preferable)Previous experience as workshop foreman would be beneficialMust have been exposed to a large workshopProven track record in Customer Service
