ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute the marketing strategy for the Bosch Car Service concept, including budget planning and control, coordination of events, and marketing campaignsRoll out new services for the Bosch Car Service network, determining business models, setting pricing strategies, and introducing service packages to develop Value Added ServicesGuide and support the sales team in the implementation of the concept in the marketManage relationships with suppliers and other departments in the companyDevelop and lead the concept strategy, establishing mid- and long-term business plansAnalyse competitors' activities and identify opportunities for business developmentCoordinate customer surveys and assessments regularlyPlan Bosch Car Service network expansion per country in the regionSet up, lead, and deploy strategic cooperation with key partnersSupport new Bosch Car Service acquisitions through market-specific campaignsFollow up on the Bosch Car Service contracting process, revising/updating content based on country-specific regulations and market requirementsReport to the Head of Workshop Concepts AfricaEducationMatric CertificateUniversity degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalentHonours in Marketing is advantageousValid Driver's License is mandatorySkillsProficient in English (Speak, read, and write)PC literate with excellent skills in MS OfficeStrong analytical approach with attention to accuracy and detailStrong planning and organizational skillsHigh efficiency in time managementStrong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build sustainable relationshipsExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in the Automotive business or Franchise ManagementSAP knowledge and experience is advantageousUnderstanding of workshop management processes, automotive technologies, vehicle diagnosis, and awareness of future trends is a plus
