Our client is looking for a Workshop Administrator with proven experience in a workshop environment and strong data capturing skills.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage administrative tasks within the workshop.Accurately capture and maintain data related to workshop operations, including job orders, inventory, and maintenance records.Process and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.Coordinate with technicians and other staff to schedule and prioritize work.Maintain and update workshop databases and management systems.Prepare and distribute reports on workshop activities and performance.Handle correspondence and communications related to workshop operations.Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking parts and supplies.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Provide administrative support to the workshop manager and other staff as needed.Key SkillsProficiency in data capturing and management within a workshop environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using workshop management software and Microsoft Office.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a workshop administrative role or similar position.Proven experience in data capturing and management.Strong computer skills, including experience with workshop management systems and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for workshop administration.Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.QualificationsMatric or equivalent.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
