Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the automotive industry (Service Advisor or Foreman preferred)
Minimum Grade 12 required
Unendorsed Drivers Licence
Computer Literate
Successful demonstration of competency
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive repair processes and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles undergoing repairs and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Process Monitoring: Monitor repair processes to identify any deviations from established procedures and guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontline service staff and technicians to address quality issues promptly and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to explain quality control processes and address any concerns regarding vehicle repairs.
