Details of the offer

A workplace coordinator oversees various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in a workplace. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling office supplies, and supporting communication between different teams or departments.
Responsibilities for work coordinator
Supervise the default post closing process
Reviewing and executing documents on behalf of the client
Review loan documents for accuracy, includes legal description, buyer name and signature lines
Manage internal and external reporting for assigned products
Complete quality control and quality assurance audits for regular feedback to improve quality of work
Take the lead in speaking to customers to resolve customer service issues and address customer concerns
Fill-in for operations manager as needed
Monitor the Logistics In-box on a regular basis to flow work to the relevant departments
Monitor and analyze daily progress of work making recommendations to expedite any issues by collaborating with the relevant department
Ensure that there is a regular and consistent flow of orders to the Warehouse

Qualifications for work coordinator
Must possess advanced organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with colleagues and donors of diverse backgrounds and attention to detail
Advanced written and oral skills and strong interpersonal skills
Follow directions and policies
Flexible and energetic spirit
Exhibit motivation and initiative
Ability to prioritize tasks based on business demands
