Diploma in Wine preferred
Strong on F&B Management & the Sales thereof
Must have at least 5 years' experience in food and beverage service as a sommelier
Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Working knowledge of a Point of Sales System; exposure to Micros would be advantageous
Working knowledge of a Stock Management System; exposure to F'nBShop would be advantageous
Excellent command of the English Language with solid written and verbal communication skills
Highly presentable
Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
