With a proven track record in both lighting and photography, you'll play a pivotal role in capturing products in their best light and enhancing the overall customer experience.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate seamlessly with the Studio Manager, Stylist and Retouchers, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing outcome for product, lifestyle, and model shoots.Capture on-model, product and lifestyle images in a manner that best showcases the product being sold.Navigate a deadline-driven environment, showcasing adaptability in swiftly transitioning between different types of shoots on a daily basis.Demonstrate organisational prowess and proactivity in efficiently managing and executing photographer responsibilities.Foster clear communication channels with the Sales and Marketing departments, gaining insights into their briefs and requirements to tailor shoots accordingly.Stay up-to-date with the latest photography trends and industry standards.Conceptualise and assist in forming ideas for apparel and lifestyle shoots.Assist with sample management and keeping studio clean and organisedMaintain studio equipment as well as the setup and break down of lighting equipment.Liaise with gear rental houses when necessary for shoots.Experience And QualificationsDriver's license and own transport.You have 2-3 years of experience in a product or fashion studio environment.Understanding of Sony Alpha cameras and Profoto lighting equipment.Proficient in CaptureOne and Adobe Photoshop.Well-organised and effective time management skills.A passion for and interest in multiple disciplines of photography and lighting.Working knowledge of photography, lighting, and studio practice.Work well and stay motivated within a team environment.Have a positive attitude.An eye for visual composition and proportion.Be reliable, adaptable, and flexible to change.Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude.Works well under pressure.Great communication skills.An exceptional eye for detail.Strong administrative skills.Previous experience in an e-commerce environment is advantageous.Knowledge of videography and Premier Pro is advantageous.
