Wine Sales Logistics ManagerClosing Date : 2024-10-01 Closed : Yes Description: Holden Manz, a family-owned boutique farm located in Franschhoek, has the above-mentioned position available. This is a business-critical position, requiring an experienced individual who is hardworking, thrives under pressure, needs little direct supervision, has high integrity, attention to detail and is a strong communicator.
The successful candidate will report to the Cellar Master and CEO, and will be responsible for:
Invoicing all wine sales and maintaining the Stock Modules via Pastel Online (sales are from tasting room, on-line, direct, trade and exports).Managing the preparation and dispatch of orders to trade and public.Maintaining proof of delivery records.Preparation of bi-weekly stock takes, covering stock at farm and external locations.Managing stock levels at two Gauteng warehouse facilities and on the farm, with special attention to weekly Tasting Room stock take.Managing all exports from receipt of purchase order to dispatch, to port.All other tasks related to this position.Essential qualifications, skills and experience: Experience in the export of wines.Must be experienced with Pastel or a similar accounting system.Detailed knowledge of SAWIS and Wine Online and RLA via e-filing.Strong Excel and administrative skills.Fluency in spoken and written English.Experience in managing stock levels.Excellent reporting skills.Please apply online at www.m3online.co.za before 09:00 on 1 October 2024.
