This role is for an ambitious and highly motivated individual seeking the rare opportunity to help scale a high growing environment across the wholesale channel in South Africa.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInitiate communication to current and prospective wholesalers to grow the 20lt Palm, 20lt Sunflower bucket market, Baking margarines and shorteningMust work closely with Buyers and Owners and drive sales into Wholesalers, drive sales out by ensuring sales plans and strategy are done to ensure growthTechnical support to end users, training of wholesale reps and helping customer conversion from competitive products to oursRespond to enquiries, providing comprehensive information both to the customer and internal departmentsAddress customer needs, queries, and concerns courteously and promptlyBuild strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and post-sales supportCollaborate closely with the cross functional departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceAccurately document customer interactions, enquiries and resolutionsMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the line manager while delivering exceptional customer serviceManage the market expectationsDevelop and implement the channel strategy and marketing plansDesired Experience & QualificationComprehensive experience in the Retail and Wholesale Foods tradeTechnical knowledge on oils and fats will be an advantageMust be willing to travel nationally within South AfricaCurrent Wholesale relationships is a mustThe role will be based in Durban or Johannesburg, depending on where the incumbent resides.Package & RemunerationMarket related. These jobs were popular with other job seekers
