Agricultural company in the Northeast Free State is seeking an Artisan Assistant to assist Electrician with daily duties in Reitz, Free State RESPONSIBILITIES Perform basic electrical duties according to order and under supervision including the use of electrical hand equipment (grinder, drill, test meters) Cleaning of cables and electrical equipment during daily maintenance Constant complying with health and safety standards in execution of worksheets en maintenance Offer a high quality of work in a neat manner Willing to upskill and undergo training towards qualification REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Possession of a relevant welder qualification Minimum 5 years of experience Strong mechanical and electrical experience in both fields is essential Troubleshooting is essential Applicable knowledge and skill Willingness to travel Valid trade certificate will be advantageous Independent Team player Able to perform well under high pressure environment Problem definition and analyses Written and Verbal Communication Personal Resilience Basic knowledge of Electricity and other maintenance work RUMUNERATION R8,500 To R10,800 (Negotiable)
