If so, then this exciting opportunity could be perfect for you.We are working very closely with a World-Renowned Leading Manufacturer of DESIGN-DRIVEN BATHROOM & SANITARYWARE SOLUTIONS who are seeking to recruit an experienced OFFSITE SPECIFICATION MANAGER to join their team with responsibility for promoting their product portfolio to a focused and specialised target market in the UK.Responsibilities:Act as main point of contact between the company and their POD manufacturing partners.Respond to and manage POD enquiries from new and existing customers.Pro-actively seek additional business with new POD partners and grow existing accounts.Grow relationships with main contractors for the purpose of creating partnerships between themselves, the company, and their POD manufacturing partners.Work closely with the project and residential specification teams to secure POD specifications.Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders.Liaise with other commercial departments to maximise POD business opportunities.General Role Description:Gains understanding of processes and business requirements within the offsite manufacturing sector.Develops detailed understanding of the company's products relevant to the POD sector.Works closely with existing partners to understand their business and improve the company's service levels.Ensures timely response to all enquiries.Meets regularly with customer service and stock control teams to effectively manage orders and deliveries.Communicates effectively with contract support to supply pricing and uphold margins.Visits regularly with potential and existing partners to review and grow business.Manages risk in areas of responsibility.Provides regular commercial updates to the UK Projects Director.Key Tasks:Maintaining and improving internal and external business relationships.Keeping relevant parties involved in communication(s) and up to date.Ensuring deadlines are met.Being a key player in all high-level decisions within the department.Supporting the external management team to meet and exceed targets and goals.Being hands-on to support efficient enquiry responses.Communication with key stakeholders, internally, externally, and with customers.Ensuring all duties and tasks are conducted effectively by the team, to meet all deadlines and goals.Person Specification & Skills:Strong commercial acumen and product knowledge.Ability to manage workloads efficiently.Patient and understanding nature.Effective communication skills.Desire to make improvements.Confidence to review current procedures and suggest new ideas.SALARY & BENEFITS:STRONG BASIC SALARY (UP TO £60,000 D.O.E) + 20% OTE + LOW TAX COMPANY CAR OR TRAVEL ALLOWANCE + PENSION + HEALTHCARE + 27 DAYS HOLIDAY (Including your Birthday & Christmas Eve) + MOBILE + LAPTOP + CAREER DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
