Agricultural company in the Northeast Free State is seeking an Artisan Assistant to assist Electrician with daily duties in Reitz, Free State
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform basic electrical duties according to order and under supervision including the use of electrical hand equipment (grinder, drill, test meters)Cleaning of cables and electrical equipment during daily maintenanceConstant complying with health and safety standards in execution of worksheets en maintenanceOffer a high quality of work in a neat mannerWilling to upskill and undergo training towards qualification
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12Possession of a relevant welder qualificationMinimum 5 years of experienceStrong mechanical and electrical experience in both fields is essentialTroubleshooting is essentialApplicable knowledge and skillWillingness to travelValid trade certificate will be advantageousIndependentTeam player Able to perform well under high pressure environment Problem definition and analysesWritten and Verbal CommunicationPersonal ResilienceBasic knowledge of Electricity and other maintenance work
