Web Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Midweight Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web design principles, experience in designing responsive websites, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. The web designer will play a key role in creating and maintaining high-quality web designs that meet both client and user needs. Key Responsibilities:Design and maintain websites, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.Create design assets, wireframes, and prototypes based on project requirements.Collaborate with clients, project managers, and the development team to implement design projects.Update and improve existing websites based on feedback and testing.Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and web standards.Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.Provide input and creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions.Qualifications:Qualification in Web Design and/or Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of professional web design experience.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.Experience with responsive design and creating user-centric web experiences.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Good communication and teamwork skills.Portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.Knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics.Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
