Our Client, a Global Tech firm, is seeking a Web And Digital Presence Manager to join their team in Johannesburg on a contract basis.
Responsibilities Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's website.In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.Ensure that the website's design, content, and functionality align with the brand's image and objectives.Monitor website analytics to track user engagement, traffic patterns, and conversion rates.Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve the website's visibility in search engine results.Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and resonates with the target audience.Monitor social media trends and best practices to ensure effective communication and interaction with the audience.Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels to maintain a unified and recognizable brand identity.Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance the user experience and design of the organization's digital platforms.Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and accessible to a diverse audience.Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to optimize the organization's digital presence.Evaluate and implement new technologies that can improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing the digital presence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, IT, and communication, to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in digital marketing, IT, or a related field.5 years of experience in digital marketing and web management.Google Webmaster tools, Google Analytics, or Google AdWords Keyword Planner certification would be advantageous.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.Proficiency in WordPress Content Management System (CMS).Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.Knowledge of content strategy and SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.Experience managing and growing social media profiles on platforms.Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.Proactiveness and strong communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively to align digital strategies with overall business goals.Willingness to stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
