Identify training needs, training material for BWE and Customer's Perform machines inspections utilising the CTS/BucketPro instruments Develop Regional machine population and wear parts Heat Maps Generate a regional sales funnel through the following enablers: Utilising internal systems (OLGA, Salesforce, CAT BCS, PSCS, etc.)
and processes to increase leads.
Driving mining Sales Execution discipline in region: Implement and drive mining Aftersales PSEs (Priority Sales Events) and Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) Generate a regional wear parts forecast Conduct Bone analysis, identify root causes of failure and recommend solutions to customers Be a trusted advisor to the customer through planned cadences and relationship Minimum Required Qualification Qualified Artisan (Earth Moving Equipment Mechanic or equivalent).
Microsoft Office Proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
OLGA & Salesforce Experience will be a advantage.
Minimum Required Experience >8 to 10 years in earthmoving environment / mining / construction >5 years cross discipline experience (Service or Parts and Product support) Some experience dealing with OEMS Advanced computer experience Advanced Product knowledge in Major Classes (UC/GET) Understanding of Tribology (wear and materials)
