Job Description Job Summary: Aivox is recruiting, training, and retaining staff on behalf of a leading UK waste management company.
As a Waste Removal Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing waste removal solutions to both business and residential customers.
Your duties will include handling outbound and inbound calls, pricing jobs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient communication and service delivery.
Location: Braamfontein Werf, Milpark Rea Vaya Key Responsibilities: ? Outbound Calls: ? Proactively contact potential clients, including businesses and residential customers, to offer waste removal services.
? Present the company's services clearly, customising pitches based on the unique needs of each customer.
? Follow up on leads and previous inquiries to secure bookings.
? Inbound Calls: ? Manage incoming calls from customers inquiring about waste removal services.
? Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling options.
? Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
? Job Pricing: ? Assess the type and volume of waste to generate accurate job quotes.
? Clearly explain pricing structures and additional charges, ensuring customers understand the cost for one-off or regular services.
? Offer tailored pricing for repeat customers or bulk service needs.
? Customer Relationship Management: ? Build and maintain strong relationships with business and residential clients.
? Ensure customer needs are met efficiently, providing follow-up support and addressing concerns after service completion.
? Handle customer feedback to improve service quality.
? Coordination with Operations: ? Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely job scheduling and proper resource allocation.
? Ensure clear communication between the client and operations team, particularly for large or complex jobs.
? Sales and Upselling: ? Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as recurring waste pickups or large-scale property clearances.
? Recommend appropriate service packages based on client needs and waste volume.
