Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Warranty & Costing Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing invoices, and assisting with cost analysis for our organization.ResponsibilitiesCollect and process warranty claims from customers and suppliersCommunicate with vendors to resolve warranty issues and ensure timely resolutionMaintain accurate records of warranty claims and adjustmentsPrepare and process invoices for paymentAssist with cost analysis and budgetingMonitor and report on warranty performance metricsAssist with inventory management and procurement processesProvide administrative support to the finance and purchasing departments as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred2+ years of experience in warranty processing, costing, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office and accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of inventory management and procurement processes is a plusIf you meet the qualifications and are looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
