Due to the growth within the Company, we are going to improve the structure the warehouse as a result of this a vacancy currently exists for the position for Export Warehouse Team Lead.
Job DescriptionThe successful applicant for this will be responsible for leading the team as they complete their daily work and ensuring it is completed efficiently and to the standard required. Ensuring Department Roles and Responsibilities and Department KPI's as set by the company are being carried out to a high standard.

Position reports toInitially working from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (M-F), this position will require flexible working between the 07:00am – 15:00hrs and or 15:00 – 23:00hrs, M-F.
Lead the warehouse team to ensure all daily tasks are completed to Network International StandardsMaintain morning start up and evening close out to the standard requiredDeputise as warehouse Supervisor when requiredEnsure all daily routine maintenance checks are completed and any issues or defects reportedMaintain the warehouse working areas, Housekeeping, Safety and Security standards are followed Liaise with all departments on daily warehouse requirementsAttend Daily operation meetingsAny other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned and / or varied by the warehouse supervisor from time to time in light of growth and developmentEnsure all close out activities and reports are completedFull close up of the siteLiaise with Internal suppliers, Transport ,CS, FFW,TMSSkills / QualificationsCounterbalance Forklift and Narrow Aisle Forklift CertifiedAbility to work on own initiative and prioritise workExcellent interpersonal and communication skills essentialAbility to lead a team, meeting daily deadlinesComputer Skills and advantageAble to work with minimal supervisionFlexibilityA Level of Azyra would be beneficialThe successful candidate will be required to complete an 8 week on the job trial period.
