Logistics Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION You will have completed a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management, Coupled with 5+ years experience in the management of a technical/construction material store, procurement, company fleet of vehicles and equipment, as well as logistics to construction sites.You will have strong background in effectively managing materials, from sourcing suppliers, implementing loss/risk elimination policies, scheduling orders with the buyer, managing quality of stock and forecasting material requirements from project schedules.You will have natural leadership skills in order to manage a diverse team within stores, purchasing, drivers and administration.You will have experience in compiling department budgets, monitoring expenses, forecasting of materials and mitigating.You will have a background in managing company vehicles, licenses, investigation on accidents, insurances and tracker/mileage monitor software, as well as any maintenance required.Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP system (SAP, SYSPRO or PASTEL) is essentialYou must have a valid driver's licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
