Warehouse Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will be ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the Warehouse and distribution functions and achieving Cash & Carry and Warehouse Sales Budgets. Assisting with customer sales orders where required and staff supervision and motivation. Responsibilities: Provision of excellent service to customers. Supervision of switchboard function in the branch. Offering and issuing of Loyalty Cards to customers. Encouraging redemption of Loyalty Card points. Assist customers in collecting stock and supervising inbound and outbound logistics issues. Control warehouse cost. Minimise shrinkage and ensure cost-saving. Initiatives adhere too. Control reverse logistics from customers and couriers. Follow up on in-transit, inbound, and customer queries. Ensure Efficient and accurate receiving of stock notifying branches of differences. Ensure accurate stock order replenishment. Managing cash received from customers. Daily Cash up and processing daily Banking. Slips. Manage/ Maintain float allocated to till. Take cash and issue receipts for payments received relating to COD accounts. Process daily banking for COD accounts payments. Manage & maintain daily invoices and filing for the branch. Follow up on outstanding POD with reps and driver to keep SOP008 up to date. Assist with raising Purchase Orders. Manage Courier waybills follow up on invoices and GRV accordingly. Updating spreadsheet and reports. Scanning of documents. General Filing. Maintain OHS and Food Safety standards. Manage stock levels in the CC. Ensure health and safety cleanliness standard is always met. Prepare for stock quarterly stock takes and assist branch during formal quarterly stock. Weekly Cycle counts. Maintain stock accuracy and traceability. Skills: Fluent in English. Customer Service. Financial/ Cash Management. Inventory Control. Staff Management. Leadership skills. Computer literate. Qualifications: National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent. Food Industry/manufacturing industry advantageous. Drivers License. Administrative Experience. Previous Supervisory experience. Sales Experience.
