Job Title: Warehouse Operations SpecialistLocation: Paarl, Western CapeWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our client's team in Paarl, Western Cape. The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures and regulations.ResponsibilitiesManaging and coordinating all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goodsSupervising warehouse staff and providing training and support as neededDeveloping and implementing warehouse procedures and processes to improve efficiency and accuracyEnsuring all inventory is organized and maintained accurately in the warehouseMonitoring and optimizing warehouse space utilizationCoordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goodsPerforming regular audits of inventory and warehouse proceduresIdentifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse operationsEnsuring compliance with all safety regulations and proceduresRequirementsMatric/Grade 12Diploma/Degree in Warehousing and Logistics is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operationsProven experience in managing and supervising warehouse staffStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of inventory management systemsFamiliarity with safety regulations and proceduresAbility to lift and carry heavy objects as neededBenefitsSalary: negotiableFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
